JORGE HACHUMAK is a natural medicine man from Peru who offered his special healing abilities to our NYC Center community last October. His friend Jack Rosen, ARE/NYC Board Chair, says, “I have seen him heal people spiritually, psychologically and physically.” Recently Jack shared with us an email from someone Jorge healed of a tumor:
An email from Jack Rosen, ARE/NYC Board Chair, December 3, 2013:
I would like to share an email Jorge Hachumak just sent me. Jorge is a Shaman from Peru who has given workshops at the Center and who has worked on many of us as well. Forty years ago Jorge was introduced to the Edgar Cayce work through his grandfather in Lima Peru. Two and a half years ago he was synchronistically reintroduced to Edgar Cayce through me.
By Jack Rosen, Edgar Cayce, Health Care Educator
I have been using the Edgar Cayce Remedies for almost 50 years. My favorite treatments are the ones for muscular injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, sprains, tendon and ligament injuries and hairline fractures. Here is why:
Healing my son’s hairline fracture.
Like Edgar Cayce, who often helped his sons with remedies recommended in his psychic readings, I helped my own son with the treatment of a hairline fracture. When my son David was 16, he fractured his ankle. A removable fiberglass cast was put on his foot. The pain was so severe that he asked me if I could do something about it. The ankle looked like it had a grapefruit in it. I gently removed the cast, wrapped my son’s ankle with a tee shirt soaked in warm castor oil, and then placed a heating pad around it. After two hours I removed the pack. The swelling and the pain were gone. I then proceeded to rub his ankle with an Edgar Cayce formula called Egyptian Oil (its main ingredient is peanut oil).
The second evening, I made a different Edgar Cayce pack using apple cider vinegar and wrapped it in a heating pad. I mised apple cider vinegar in a saturated solution of salt. I did this treatment for five days in a row. We also applied Egyptian Oil every day. After five days, we took David back to the Orthopedist who reported that he couldn’t find the fracture on the X-ray he took. I had to show him the previous three X-rays that were taken before the treatments that clearly showed the hairline fracture. This Orthopedist had said in disbelief that the treatment I used could never have done what I said it did. My son, who was 16 at the time, innocently told him that that was exactly what I did. By the way, Castor Oil Packs and Egyptian Oil are also part of the Edgar Cayce treatment for Arthritis.
In March, we received a request from Paul Dresser, a member of the A.R.E. community in Mississippi, for healing appointments with Malcolm, including a distant healing for his sister-in-law Cindy in Alabama, who had been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Originally, Paul and his wife had planned to bring Cindy to New York for an appointment in person, yet the gravity of her diagnosis led him to seek out immediate help from Malcolm, who was at home in Yorkshire, England.
Here's what Paul wrote on March 14th about his sister-in-law's condition:
Cindy had had stomach pain for about a year and thought it was ulcers due to her stress over the past year— moving and building a new house. She finally went to the doctor about six weeks ago, and then to a cancer center in Birmingham, Alabama, about four weeks ago. They told her she had Stage 4 cancer… a cancer mass around her pancreas which went into the surrounding blood vessels. It had spread to the liver and was in her blood. They said she had about one month to live and gave her a prescription for morphine. After reading Malcolm Smith's book and going to his website, she had hope for the first time. I contacted the ARE-NYC [Malcolm's first stop in the USA] to make an appointment for a distant healing for her. I [gave] Malcolm her name, location, and diagnosis…. and he said he would do the distant healing over the next few days.
