No prior musical experience or knowledge necessary, the only things needed are an open mind and an open Heart; we will be using Crystal singing bowls, your voices and Hearts. All participants must be open to making sound with their voice; even a little grunt will be excellent and most welcomed. Please do not let any fears of singing with the voice ever stop your Heart from singing with Love.

Forgiveness. By forgiving, we unlock the barriers we have created with consciousness; barriers not only to a new possibility, but to endless new possibilities.

We must forgive to change. We must forgive to heal.

Wholeness. Healing, at its root meaning, is movement into a state of wholeness which is Love. Nothing is broken. No one is in need of repair.

No one is ill. When someone is experiencing a challenging journey or “learning intensive”, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, it is a movement into love for all , where compassion rules.

You will also learn:
• how easy it is to listen to the Heart of Spirit we are always connected to.
• to “intone” in a variety of ways using your voice with and without a crystal bowl
•to play a crystal singing bowl in several different ways.
• the importance of silence and staying connected to and trusting your Heart
•the realization that when you are invited to someone else’s movement into wholeness or “healing” you are being asked to shift, move, expand, and Love as well.
• the importance of being clear; of being the love in the room.
