pink spring flowersWith spring being delayed this year with more winter weather, we may be finding ourselves challenged to get enough sunshine on our skin and outdoor air in our lungs. It is recommended we get out of the house and into some form of indirect sunshine and outdoor air for at least 30-50 minutes per day.

This is not only to brighten our dispositions but also, it will put our bodies into more motion, which will increase our metabolic rate, raise our serotonin levels, which will elevate our moods, and increase healing.

Don't forget to get on the Chiro table to get primed for spring time movement.
